Built from frustration with messy spreadsheets

Back in 2019, three Melbourne accountants kept seeing the same problem. Small businesses drowning in budget chaos, losing track of where money actually went.

We started asyralento because honestly, existing tools either cost a fortune or needed a finance degree to understand. Our clients needed something simpler—automation that just works without the hassle.

Why we actually started this

The three of us—Freja Lindström, Callum Brennan, and Sienna Kovač—spent years watching businesses struggle with the same budget nightmares. It wasn't that people were bad at money. They just lacked decent tools that didn't require a PhD to operate.

We launched asyralento in early 2020 right before everything went sideways. Turns out, a pandemic was exactly when businesses needed budget clarity most. What started as a side project became something people genuinely relied on.

Now we work with over 3,000 Australian businesses. Most of them found us because their accountant got tired of fixing the same Excel mistakes every month.
